Die Internationale Studierendenvertretung (ISV) ist Anlaufstelle für alle ausländischen Studierenden in Kassel. Sie bietet eine Beratung zu allen konkreten Fragen beim Einstieg sowie im weiteren Verlauf des Studiums an.
Die Ansprechpartnerinnen unterstützen euch bei der Wohnungs- oder Jobsuche und begleiten euch zu den Behörden (insbesondere bei Angelegenheiten mit der Ausländerbehörde). Außerdem beraten sie euch bei Fragen rund um den Studienverlauf.
Zusätzlich gibt es jeden Mittwoch um 21:00 Uhr im K19 einen internationalen Stammtisch, der euch Gelegenheit gibt, Kontakte zu knüpfen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und mit Gleichgesinnten in Verbindung zu treten.

The International student representation (ISV) is the contact point for all international students in Kassel. The ISV gives you an advice to all specific questions regarding your start as well as you studies abroad.
Your responsible persons will support you by searching for jobs as well as for flats and will accompany you to the crucial authorities (e.g. immigration body ). They also advise you on issues concerning the study period and you financial support.
In addition, there is the socalled Internationaler Stammtisch,  taking place regularly on wednesday at K19 at 9 pm. This is the best opportunity to get in touch with other students, share experiences and interact with like-minded people. Have a nice stay abroad.

The Ausländische Studierendenvertretung ASV is the representation of the foreign students in Witzenhausen. The main objectives are:

· To support foreign students while dealing with typical problems during their studies
· To organize and support cultural, political and sport activities
· To facilitate the flow of information and communication between students
. To assist students in getting internships during their time of study
. To organize social and educational trips for foreign students
· To built up, deepen and take care of contacts with various organizations

Any proposals or offers of presentations or activities by foreign students are welcomed.All foreign students are welcome to be active members of the group. We create a happy social environment for students in Witzenhausen. We can be contacted at any time via our email.
